Blessing in disguise

Written by:
Frank Carillo, Annie Golden
Track released on:
Golden Carillo's "A Fire in New Town" album.

You can be my problem, let my logic solve you
You make me your mystery, the graces will absolve you
And if we learn from our mistakes
Gather up all the love it takes

Don't you know me won't you recognize
I'm a blessing in disguise
like a lantern I will light up the night

I am the solution lying here beside you
to come to this conclusion; fill the need inside you
And on the signpost up ahead
forget the dead-end maps we've read

Don't you know me won't you recognize
I'm a blessing in disguise
like a lantern I will light up the night

Don't you know me won't you recognize
I'm a blessing in disguise
like a lantern I will light up the night

You can be my only you may be my never
You can be the dream set aside lock and key
so for the sake of arguments
After the heartaches all been spent

Don't you know me won't you recognize
I'm a blessing in disguise
like a lantern I will light up the night

Don't you know me won't you recognize
I'm a blessing in disguise
like a lantern I will light up the night

Light up the night light the night
you may be my never
