Kooymans & Carillo.
George Kooymans and Frank Carillo will be back on Dutch stages during a small Summertour 2011.They will play with the Barking Dogs: Bob Langenberg on Drums, Ocki Klootwijk on bass and Tyn Smit on keys.
Frank was eight years old when he started playing guitar in 1958.
'I saw Duane Eddy on TV. My mom used to watch this TV show called American Bandstand and I never forget it; I am walking by the TV and heard this sound, then looked, as there was this guy who had this big Gretsch guitar who was playing 'Rebel Rouser' and I went "that's what I want to do".'
Doc Holliday (1971-1974)
In 1971, Bob Mayo formed a band called Doc Holliday, with Carillo, Tom Arlotta and Bob Liggio. In 1973 they released one album, Doc Holliday.

Carillo (1978-1979)
Under his own name, Carillo released two albums, including a cover of the Rolling Stones song Out of Time on his 1979 album Street Of Dreams.

Golden-Carillo (1990-1997)
Carillo partnered with Annie Golden to form a band, Golden-Carillo.

As of 2001, Carillo is performing in his band Frank Carillo And The Bandoleros.

Kooymans / Carillo (2010-present)
Frank Carillo and George Kooymans from Golden Earring are longtime friends.
They have been writing together on and off since the mid-'90s. April 2010 this will result in their first album.
